I bring more than 20 years' experience across health and public services, combining senior operational leadership with commissioning, service transformation and frontline clinical experience.

My career has included senior NHS leadership, public health and community services, children's services, substance use services and complex service transformation. I have also worked as a senior commissioner, overseeing major urgent and emergency care contracts including ambulance, NHS 111 and out-of-hours primary care services.

I combine this practical experience with an MBA, MSc in Advanced Practice and extensive senior leadership development, enabling me to move comfortably between strategy and delivery.
